Take a peek at some of the Twitter handles we are loving at the moment here at Me:Mo HQ – to make us laugh, a Bill Murray parody account, some Very British Problems, an American guide to English sports and secrets from the Goldman Sachs elevator always do the trick. Earth Pictures, Weird History, Behind the Scenes and History in Pics for when we are feeling geeky and of course Buzzfeed UK which is read and RT’d religiously!
Being knowledge based workers here at Me:Mo HQ, we are able to operate effectively from our homes during times of crises (eg. the recent tube strike) However some of us (not all) miss the office environment, Ben got particularly lonely yesterday and like Tom Hanks in Castaway, created his own Wilson – he anthropomorphized a light bulb. If all hell breaks loose again last week, at least we know that Ben won’t be lonely this time.
Super Bowl Sunday! Me:Mo Interactive client Bodean’s BBQ celebrated the biggest game in the U.S sporting calendar with an all American late night feast for one night only. Seahawks and Broncos fans united at all four Bodean’s branches to watch the game and indulge on their signature meat platter. The restaurants received some great press including Time Out, Bar Chick, Visit London, Londonist, Fluid London and Design My Night.
Last night saw the launch of Bianco43‘s new Trafalgar Square site. In true Italian style the party was full to the brim with guests sipping prosecco and guzzling freshly made pizzas from the wood fired oven, there was even a tub full of mozzarella flown in from Italy. Lots of lovely press attended including Waitrose Kitchen, FHM, Sainsbury’s Magazine, OK! and City A.M.
Any excuse for cake in the office… A big happy birthday to our PR Director Bianca!
Following our very eventful press trip to Bordeaux back in November with master chef Chris Galvin and front of house aficionado Fred Sirieix from Galvin at Windows, the Daily Mail online has featured their tale of events. With a whopping 168,070,838 monthly unique users it is a fab piece of press and sums up the trip perfectly.
